How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Your data will be soft-deleted immediately and permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
If you cannot access the app, email alimcosoft@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and we will process the deletion within 7 business days.

How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the app store where you made the purchase:
- Google Play: Open Google Play > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > the90th > Cancel subscription.
- Apple App Store: Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > the90th > Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
How does the prediction scoring system work?
You earn points based on the accuracy of your match score predictions:
- Exact score correct: 10 points (e.g., you predicted 2-1 and the match ended 2-1)
- Correct goal difference: 5 points (e.g., you predicted 3-1 and the match ended 2-0)
- Correct outcome (Win/Draw/Loss): 3 points (e.g., you predicted 2-0 and the match ended 1-0)
- Wrong: 0 points
Premium users can make bonus predictions (First Goalscorer, Total Goals Over/Under, Both Teams Score, Cards Over/Under, Man of the Match) for up to 15 additional points per match.
Streak multipliers reward consistency: 3 correct predictions in a row earns a 1.5x multiplier, and 5 in a row earns a 2x multiplier.
Are chat messages private?
Chat messages on the90th are not end-to-end encrypted. Messages are stored in clear text in our database. While we implement security measures including access controls and Row-Level Security policies, you should not share sensitive personal information, passwords, or financial details in chat.
Chat messages are visible to all users in the same channel (team channels, match discussion channels). There are no private/direct messaging features.
How do I report a user?
If you encounter a user who is violating our community guidelines (harassment, hate speech, spam, or other abusive behavior), you can report them directly from within the app:
- Tap on the user's profile or long-press their chat message
- Select "Report User"
- Choose a reason for the report and add any additional details
Reports are reviewed by our team. Users who accumulate multiple reports may be flagged for review and potentially banned.
You can also block users to prevent seeing their messages.
