Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the the90th app:

1. Open the90th app and make sure you are signed in to your account.
2. Go to Profile tab (the person icon in the bottom navigation bar).
3. Tap Settings (the gear icon in the top-right corner).
4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the settings screen.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email:

1. Send an email to alimcosoft@gmail.com from the email address associated with your the90th account.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What Happens to Your Data

When you delete your account, the following occurs:

Immediately Upon Deletion

• Your profile is soft-deleted and becomes invisible to other users
• You are signed out of all devices
• Your display name, avatar, bio, and profile information are no longer accessible
• You can no longer sign in to your account

Within 30 Days

• All your personal data is permanently purged from our systems, including:

• Profile information (display name, email, avatar, bio)
• Match predictions and scores
• Chat messages
• League memberships and invite codes
• Watch party listings and RSVPs
• Player ratings and poll votes
• Push notification tokens
• Notification preferences

Data That May Be Retained

• Anonymized analytics data: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics (such as total app usage counts and feature popularity) that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service improvement.
• Legal compliance data: If required by applicable law, certain records may be retained for the legally mandated period.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent. Once your data is purged after 30 days, it cannot be recovered. If you want to use the90th again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.
• Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your premium subscription. To avoid continued charges, cancel your subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store before deleting your account.
• Leaderboard and league data: Your entries will be removed from leaderboards and leagues. This may affect league standings for other members.
